At Avenue 85, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
